Downtown in Santa Fe, Casa Pacifica offers an intimate environment. It has been called the “bed and breakfast” of Santa Fe retirement homes. Since 1986, Casa Pacifica has provided completely individualized services, available 24 hours. The community is equipped to cater to residents through to the end of their years.

This facility is downtown, within walking distance of the Plaza. El Castillo provides varying degrees of care, including assistance for those in independent apartments, nursing care and 24-hour medical care.

unique and intimate family home for the older adult. A maximum of 10 residents guarantees individualized care and attention. The Good Life is close to a large park, and the facility has its own yard and activities for residents. The Good Life is owned and directed by a registered nurse.

Kingston Residence is a Full Service Retirement Community featuring: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Residence. They have studios, one and two-bedroom units available. All utilities (except phone) are included in the monthly rent, 3 meals a day, housekeeping services and scheduled transportation to activities, shopping, banking and health care appointments, as well as security features and call system for emergencies are amenities for their Independent Living Residents. Assisted Living features all of the basic features, plus nursing care and medication management. Memory Care has a specialized person-centered care program that assists those suffering from memory loss disorders, such as Alzheimer's Disease. The lovely campus is decorated in southwestern flavor with beautiful views of the mountains.

Located in the heart of Santa Fe next to St. Francis Cathedral, La Residencia has facilities for 120 residents. The center provides nursing and rehabilitation services for short-term recovery and long-term intermediate-level care, on a 24-hour basis. La Residencia provides activities and entertainment, organizes trips and offers many on-site services. A program of Presbyterian Medical Services, La Residencia does accept all payor sources.

Located near the Santa Fe Outlet Mall, Mi Casa Bonita is a home-like environment with a capacity for nine residents. Communal meals and activities are provided, as well as 24-hour care.

Conveniently located downtown, Plaza del Monte is an independent living community adjacent to Plaza Resolana Conference Center. Residents occupy 35 private casitas and apartments, and while support services are available, activities are geared towards active lifestyles. The conference Center hosts regular art and exercise classes and gatherings.

Near downtown, Ponce de Leon has 147 apartments, a third of which are designated for persons requiring assisted-living services. Dining, housekeeping and daily activities are among services provided.

Part of the Rosemont facility specializes exclusively in care for Alzheimer’s patients, with a specially designed wing, with the privacy of independent apartments. The rest of Rosemont provides assisted-living for daily living skills. The capacity is 74 apartments, with one or two bedrooms. Residents are encouraged to remain active, with weekly outings in the community, exercise classes, and an additional monthly activities schedule. Services and facilities include three communal meals per day, a computer center, library, hair salon, banking services and 24-hour nursing.

Sierra Vista is on the southeast side of Santa Fe, near shopping areas and restaurants. Sierra Vista provides independent living cottages for up to 35 seniors. This facility specializes in care of seniors with memory-loss conditions, including Alzheimer’s. Residents experience freedom and security, and may take advantage of activities such as art therapy, or go exploring in the expansive garden.
