When you sign up, your information is saved. You should never have to enter the information again. If the Be My Guest form pops up each time you request a special link, extra photo or virtual tour on my listings page, it indicates that your computer does not have "cookies enabled". Cookies allow a web site to "recognize" that your computer filled out a form on that site and, therefore, your information is already stored. When cookies are enabled, you only have to fill out my Be My Guest form once. The other possibility is that you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, which has high security settings that disable cookies.
